Opportunity
Owing to the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a diligent individual with experience in collating information from data sources to create and format Excel based Marketing collateral. The job role involves task automation through Excel VBA.
The role would involve
Providing offshore Marketing report creation, automation and maintenance support to the onshore client team. The client is a Digital Marketing department of a large Global Investment Services firm, based in the U.S. The Copal Amba team works closely with client teams involved with Marketing collateral updates, internet posting and content publishing.
The new member would be required to develop a firm grasp of the client’s Marketing requirements and create Excel based reports by integrating internal data sources. He/She should possess strong interpersonal skills and will be responsible for undertaking client requests relating Marketing report creation and simple automation through Excel. In addition web page maintenance, data audits, related ad-hoc projects, and providing overall support to the existing team in expanding service bandwidth.
Required Background
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate Excel VBA knowledge
- A strong work ethic, with good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop design Tools
- A minimum of one year of prior work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Content Management Tools (e.g. Team Site, etc.)
- Basic experience in Web programming – HTML, CSS, XML, and XSLT
- Proficient in Digital Marketing – Google Analytics, Email Marketing etc.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience/knowledge in financial concepts and capital markets
- Experience in liaising with IT team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
