Management Trainee (Assistant Manager Level)

Our client is one of the largest Life Insurance companies belonging to the largest and finest Conglomerate in SL.

The Job

You will be joining as a management Trainee and become a Regional manager in a year with all the fringe benefits.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• A bachelor degree in any field from a recognized university
• 3 years of Executive/Assistant Manager level experience either in sales/marketing/sales admin.

Candidates below 32 years of age will have a definite advantage.
