Opportunity
Due to rapid expansion, we are currently in need of a Documentation Specialist to join our Quantitative Research team..
Your work will include
- Creating new templates in PPT
- Extensive formatting of different documents and/or presentations as per client specifications/style guide
- Creating/standardizing charts/tables in Excel
- Improving existing chart templates
- Converting presentations/charts from one format to another when the template changes
- Creating/replicating templates (may require working with the automation team to understand, compile, and convey specs)
- Documenting style specifications for new templates created
Required background
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Power point, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge in design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- Knowledge of writing macros to standardize charts/layouts will be an advantage
- Front-end ‘light’ programming skills a plus: html, javascript, css, content (preferred)
- Knowledge on web-based tools (i.e. Content Management System, Web Reporting tools, design tools, etc.)
- Educational qualifications- Microsoft Office expert certification (preferred)
- Good spoken and written English is required.
