We are looking for young and energetic individuals with a “Can Do” attitude to be a part of the LOLC Group. Should be team players who possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with employees at all level. High level of integrity is expected in this role.
Job Role
Assisting customers remotely in a quandary situation is the main task assigned to Customer Service Assistants and objective of our unit is to provide a speedier and efficient service to our valued clients exceeding their expectations. Each Customer Service Assistant will be a part of the highly motivated team who is dedicated to achieve the above objective in an effective and efficient manner.
The selected candidates will be assigned to assist the customers with inquiries & complaints.
Candidates are expected to be
- School leavers and should have passed GCE A/L in one sitting
- Residing in the relevant areas
- Computer literate
- Excellent command of English
