CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
We are on the look-out for competent ‘Customer Service Assistant’ for our reputed Multinational client, a leading company dealing in logistics related services. This position is for the Peliyagoda Office.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the Customer data base
Assist the sales team by arranging customer appointments, handling telephone inquiries, preparing and sending quotations
Ensure payment are being collected within the stipulated credit period
Receipt of all customer complaints and communicate to relevant parties to take the relevant actions
Carry out customer surveys and get the customer feed backs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Below the age of25 years
Should be fluent in language.
2 passes at GCE A/L and Credit pass for English & Mathematics at GCE O/L
Salary would be negotiable
Minimum 01 years experience in similar capacity
Good knowledge in Microsoft office package
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening & Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict
