Job Description

LOLC Insurance Company Ltd, a new venture within the LOLC Group, is looking for dynamic and result oriented individuals who are willing to perform in a challenging and rewarding environment for the following positions.

Duties are

  • Answering incomming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assesments & complaints.
  • Assist Shift Leader for Call Centre Operation.
  • Answering calls professionally.
  • Obtaining accident details & updating the same to he system.
  • Assigning assessors.
  • Carrying out follow up calls.
  • Handling & resolving customer inquiries & compliants.
  • Identifying problematic cases & escalating it to superior.

Qualifications

  • Successfully complete  G. C. E. Advanced Level.
  • Excellent vocal & writing skills (if trilingual would be an added advantage).
  • Excellent customer servicing ability.
  • Computer Typing.
  • Previous working Experience in Call Center.
