Job Description
A leading bank in Sri Lanka is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions.
School leavers with no previous experience and fluent in spoken English may apply.
Business Development Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to deliver set targets for selling Savings, Current & Time Deposit products
- Visit potential customers
- Provide customers with right products
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
- Represent bank at events and demonstrations
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
- Should be self motivated and be able to work in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- 3 passes in the GCE A/L examinations.
**Please note that this is field sales job and NOT office based.

Variable = 8,000 Total = 18,500 |
*inclusive of mobile phone allowance & travelling allowance
