Profile… 

  • Responsible for implementation of BSS network.
  • Handle operations & maintenance of BSS network systems to ensure the error free system operation.
  • Able to handle faults escalation & liaising with vendor support for resolution.
  • Managing systems configurations & upgrades.
  • Able to work with field staff on BTS integration in order to resolve system problems.
  • Able to trouble shoot customer related issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction whilst creating awareness.
  • Conduct node audits & analyze the BSS element network reports to take preventive actions.
  • Develop & Maintain new ideas & tools to enhance the productivity.

Qualifications…

  • Applicant should hold a BSc Engineering or equivalent qualified in Engineering.
  • In-depth working knowledge in Mobile access networks.
  • At least 02 years industry experience for operation & maintenance of  BSS network.
  • Hands on experience in Huawei, Ericsson or ZTE BSS nodes are compulsory.
  • Sound knowledge of mobile systems, network & software skills.
  • Experience in vendor management & coordination in multivalued environment.
  • Be highly organized, proactive & energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Be a team player & be able to interact with staff at all levels.
