Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager

Special Loans Administration Department

The candidate should ideally;

• be below 32 years of age.
• possess a degree (preferably with a class) or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
• possess 3 years post-qualifying experience in an executive capacity either in the banking/finance field with a flair for recoveries & follow up.
• have good communication skills
• possess a fair knowledge of real estate and vehicle market

Your job role would be as follows;

• to constantly pursue and convince clients to negotiate settlements
• get involved in providing solutions and restructuring problematic loans
• attend to auctions, evictions and court procedures
• maintain and disposal of acquired assets
• represent the bank at Financial ombudsman, land acquisition and fragmentation board etc
• pay frequent project visits to different locations which involves co-ordination with local bodies and realtors and obtaining approvals

Applicants who possess 6 years of post-qualifying executive experience will be considered for recruitment as Relationship Managers.
