Role Profile

  • Negotiating with suppliers for prices to be with the set budgets or to the best cost and quality advantage to the business
  • Placing orders for packing/raw materials and consumables after getting the approval from the management
  • Follow up on deliveries on local suppliers and imported suppliers, through the appointed logistics provider
  • Maintaining and updating raw materials, packing materials and miscellaneous order registers
  • Maintaining and updating raw materials, packing material & approved suppliers list
  • Distributing finalized order copies to suppliers and all relevant departments

Personal Profile

  • Undergraduate of a recognised university or possess professional qualification in the field of Logistics /Supply Chain/Procurement Management
  • Able to demonstrate sound working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Sound knowledge on procurement, negotiation skills and experience in either Pharmaceutical/Nutritional/ Soft drink manufacturing activity will be an added advantage
  • Should be creative and possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
