TECHNICAL MANAGER

APPAREL INDUSTRY

REQUIREMENTS :-

  • Age between 40 to 45 years.
  • Graduate with specialization in CAD (Lectra) / Pattern making or Quality.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience as a Technical Manager with good understanding of patterns, consumptions, sewing techniques, construction, shrinkage handling in an Apparel Industry, a must.
  • Previous experience as a Cutting / Sampling in charge or  Pattern Master with due promotion as a Technical Manager over a period of time, after rotating in various departments, an added advantage.
  • Overseas experience, especially in bottoms, preferred.
  • Sound knowledge in pre-production and involvement in pilot run.
  • Ability to set line by giving guidance to workers / do root cause analysis of constructional patterns and give solutions / to simplify operation to enhance the quality and productivity.
  • Exposure to special machine setting / different fabric behaviour and different types of garment styling, a must
  • Good leadership & communication skills to work together with the team.
