Customer Care Delegate

Requirements

  • Education: GCE O/L and GCE A/L
  • Mandatory should be fair knowledge in IT ( Office Package)
  • Communicate fluently in English and Sinhalese  (Tamil language will be a advantage)
  • This will be a desk job
  • With similar experience
  • Female only
  • Age 18- 25
  • Unmarried
  • Working Time 8.00am to 5.30pm on weekdays.

 

Job Description

·         Answer calls, record trouble shooting and issues

·         Provide solutions, Refer to superior when authority is needed

·         Coordinate with other departments and branches (IT/COD/Accounts) to provide solutions

·         Record, Provide solutions, Follow-up until customer is satisfied.

·         Extract reports and data needed to monitor the product.
