Qualifications and Skills sought:

  • Should have successfully completed GCE O/L Examination.
  • Ability to communicate in two or more languages.
  • Have the ability to work at both team and individual level in a competitive environment.
  • Should be able to work on a Roster basis.
  • Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Preferably transportation industry experience

Your responsibilities would include attending to customer inquiries via phone.
