Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

• A bachelor degree in HRM and/or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role in Human Resource Management
• Excellent Communication Skills  in English (both written & verbal)
• Experience  in using a Human Resources Information System
