Full-Time HR Executive -Males Only
We are on the lookout for a HR Executive for a leading Client Company operating in FMCG located at Colombo 14.
Salary: Rs.40, 000/= – Rs. 65,000/=
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment coordination: End to end coordination of hiring process.
New employee onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate training & development activities including coordination with training agencies.
Coordinate all HR processes, systems and operations activities.
Prepare Time office records (attendance, leave, etc).
Utilize and maintain IT/e-applications pertaining to HR.
Coordinate/develop/execute employee engagement programs.
Coordinate employee support activities and programs.
To support the GM Lanka and regional HR in implementing all end to end HR activities.
General administrative support pertaining to employee welfare, etc.
Respond and address employee queries/grievances in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors for administrative services and ensure adherence to Agreement/rules.
Maintain statutory compliance records.
Prepare periodical reports pertaining to HR, Administrative services as applicable.
Coordinating activities with EFC as needed.
Any other HR and Admin activity that may be required from time to time.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in the similar job role
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
Excellent capability of IT
Excellent PR skills
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be well versed in MS office tools like MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Should be able to work quickly in MS excel using formulas to prepare reports.
Must have flair to work with IT tools for HR.
