Full-Time Front Office Coordinator (FEMALE) – TOP URGENT
We are on the lookout for a Front Office Coordinator for our well reputed client company located in Kohuwala.
Answering the telephone calls and transfers those to relevant people.
Accepting all letters and packages on behalf of the company and its clients.
Provide admin services to the clients and Centre Readiness.
Dealing with minor staff and manage the day to day operations.
Meeting Room, Stationary, Snack Bar, other service record maintenance.
Any other duties discussed and assigned by the Management from time to time due to meet business requirements.
Should possess GCE A/L.
Good command of English is a must (Oral & Written).
Minimum 2 – 3 years’ work experience in similar capacity.
Age 22 – 35 years.
Female candidates only.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability work to multitask and handling responsibilities.
