Full-Time Finance Manager
Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Finance Manager for our well reputed conglomerating FMCG client company located in Colombo 02.
Salary: Negotiable
Principle Accountabilities:
Need to independently handle Consolidation and Financial Reporting while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations inclusive of Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
responsible for Statutory Reporting of Investment & Services sector companies including completion of Annual Report of Holding Company.
Submission of timely reports to Audit Committee on quarterly ensuring compliance with CSE reporting deadlines.
Will be the first point of contact for tax clarifications, guidance and advice. You are required to provide recommendation to group companies for efficient tax planning.
Ensure that group assets are properly covered with adequate insurance.
Carry out project feasibility studies and evaluate and advice Board on new business ventures.
Recommended Minimum Requirements:
Education:
A qualified Chartered Accountant.
Pertinent Experience:
3 – 5 years post qualified managerial experience in a reputed Audit Firm and having been employed in a listed company will be an added advantage.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of staff and Management
Willing to work on every other Saturdays 8.15 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
