Job Description
Responsible for handling quotations, proposals and bidding processes through maintaining relevant KPIs
Accountable for generating all required management information and monthly reconciliations reports with regard to the sourcing and spend analysis
Maintaining records of all the approved exceptions, including both emergency exceptions and requested exceptions
Responsible for analyzing and calculating costs of procurement, review vendor contracts/agreements and provide information to sourcing lead
Accountable for updating supplier master database to reflect the correct active/inactive status of the suppliers
Essential
A sound educational background with good A/L results
Minimum 2-year experience in in Financial sector
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Party qualified in CIMA, ICASL or similar examination
Comfortable with collecting, analysing and interpreting data
Good command of both written and spoken English language
