We are on the lookout for a Factory Manager for our well reputed client company who is into Apparel Industry located in Moratuwa.

Salary: Rs. 100,000

Requirements

• Sound track record with minimum 10 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong educational background. A Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
• An in depth knowledge of garment manufacturing, production planning, quality control, factory administration, staff motivation.
• Be self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented.
• An individual who is process driven with an eye for details.
• Be able to overlook all departments to meet management targets.
• A Team player with abilities to drive all departments heads.
• Preferred age above 35 years.
