Job Description

Qualifications

  • Degree in Facilities Management/ Certificate level/ Diploma level qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience

 

Required Experience

  • Janitorial services
  • Repair & maintenance (helpdesk) – soft side co-ordination
  • Bungalow  & Guest house maintenance
  • Scrap yard Management
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory of all assets related to soft services and recording all assets

 

 

 

 

Work Hours

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm

Saturday (Half day) 8 am – 12.30 pm

However, you will be required to work flexible hours as determined by exigencies of service which you will be attached to now or in the future.
