Candidate Profile
• Should process a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or an equivalent marketing/shipping related
professional qualification from a recognized Institute
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in shipping preferably in sales
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Job Responsibilities
• Achieve allocated sales and marketing targets by visiting customers regularly and maintaining
customer relationships
• Assist in developing the sales and marketing plan of the company
• Continue building relationships with new and existing customers, Principal offices and Agency
network thereby assisting the company in being the preferred choice in the industry
• Handle any customer complaints effectively and take corrective action to ensure optimum
customer satisfaction
• Generate new revenue streams through the close coordination with overseas clients and
promotion of company activities
• Collate and share market information, competitor activities and all business related information with sales and management teams for decision making purposes.
