(Inbound/Outbound Operations)

Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.

The Role

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to drive all aspects of operational requirements and ensure client service level agreements are met.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

•  Over 5 years working experience in Telecom/BPO industry.
• Experience in Customer Relationships Management, People Management with good interpersonal relations.

The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age and can look forward to a rewarding career with a clear path towards personal and professional success coupled with advanced training opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.
