Account Manager – Large Enterprise (Category – Executive)

Reporting to – Sector Manager – Lager Enterprise – Dialog Enterprise

Job Details..

• Achieves sales targets for all enterprise Quad products.
• Manage & retain existing accounts with the sales team.
• Develop presentations for corporate clients in order to bring new sales for the company & maintain well relationships with corporate customer & develop strategies in order to retain them.
• Follow up on customers, Resolve customer issues & build customer loyalty.
• Keep track of development & update knowledge & solicit information form internal & external sources.
• Visit all corporate assigned under the respective teams to ensure they are well secured / revenue growth through cross & up sell & zero churn.

 

Qualifications

1. Experience in Business to Business sales (4-5 years).
2. Degree in IT / Marketing / Business Management.
3. Applicant must be a target driven & Customer focused.
4. Be a confident , Personable & Good team player.
5. Best communication skills.
