Full-Time Event Manager Marketing
Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan, manage and execute global tier 1 corporate third-party events
Bring in clients to the organization
Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on event programs
Manage the day-to-day relationship and activities with external vendors and event partners
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Determine fiscal requirements and manage event budgets
Coordinate event environment (signage, branding etc.) and manage the execution of events onsite
Analyse event operations and prepare and implement recommendations for improving operational efficiencies within the events
Trouble shoot, and smooth issues related to the successful execution of event programs
Provide post event analysis, budget recaps, internal feedback and incorporate learning into future event plans
Ensure our event presence is on strategy and consistent
Conduct research and identify new event opportunities for the company
Job Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in event and or marketing program management
Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
Ability to develop strong networks and build credibility within the organization
Ability to perform well in a team environment and manage multiple deadline-driven projects
Proven ability to take direction and input to develop effective and engaging events that will achieve organizational goals
Willingness to roll up his/her sleeves to get the work done or go the extra mile. Strong and positive personal work ethic
