Direct Mailing Service (Pvt) Ltd, a Company involved in Outsourcing Operations wishes to recruit candidate for the above position for Immediate Employment.

JOB ROLE

Answering all inbound phone calls
Ensure correct information is given to the clients
Transfering of phone calls to respective divisons
REQUIREMENTS

Willingness and ability to work on shift basis
Successfull completion of the G.C.E. (O/L) – Credits in Mathematics and English.
Should be fluent in English and Sinhala /Tamil would be an added advantage.
Nature of Work – Contractual
