Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma in Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing or customer service
  •  Good level of computer literacy 
  • Fluent in English


Job Role

  • Responsible for  handle Customer Database management
  • Should be able to handle CRM functions
  • Handling Customer Loyalty programs
  • Customer Events Other/customer related programs
  • Responsible for handling social media
  • Support sales and marketing
  • Coordinating Events sponsorships


Personal Attributes and skills

  • A good team player
  • Should have excellent PR Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
