Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Good communication skill in English & Sinhala is a must.
  • Be a team player & and possess the ability to work under pressure .
