We are on the lookout for a Contact Center executive / Telephone Operator for our well reputed client company located in Colombo 03.

Job description

Handling of all incoming and outgoing calls
Build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate services
Convey important information correctly and effectively
Attending to client enquiries

Work attributes and qualifications

Below 35 years of age
GCE A/L qualifications
Any qualification in customer service would be an added advantage
Good command of English – written and spoken
IT literate MS Word/Excel/Power Point
Excellent telephone manners and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work on Roster basis / Day shifts

The selected candidate will be paid a Basic Salary of Rs 20,000–25,000 + Other Benefits per month.
