Job Description

We are on the look-out for competent ‘Call Center Agents’ for our reputed client, one of the Leading Automobile companies based in Colombo 15.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates below the age of 28 years
• Should be fluent in English Language & other language skills.
• With at least 1 ½ to 2 years work experience in similar field
• Basic knowledge of Auto Mechanism will be an added qualification
• Salary will be around Rs. 20,000/=
• Work will be on roster basis.

Brief Job Descriptions

• Deal directly and assist customers by telephone
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
