We are on the lookout for a Building Maintenance Officer for our well reputed client company who is into Hardware Products in Colombo 14.

Salary: Negotiable

Requirements

• Ability to maintain all aspects related to buildings taking into consideration the Safety in an appropriate manner.
• Should be able to provide the services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure the reliability, access and safety of the buildings and facilities.
• Candidate will be looking into areas like security service, janitorial service, pest control, A/C, fire service, lift, phone system, electronic items repair & replacement, generators.
• The ideal candidate should be willing to accept the Job Description, for the reason that it differs according to the requirement.
• Knowledge in preparation of reports and work flow charts if necessary.
• Man Management (ability to manage, lead and guide a team of unskilled laborers when necessary).
• An educational qualification or any sorts of training in the relevant field is an advantage.
• 2 to 3 years experiences in the relevant field.
