Job Description
SENOK AUTOMOBILES (PVT.) LTD. has an immediate opening for a Brand Development Manager for Automobiles who could assist us in the development and execution of effective business strategies to achieve long term profitable growth.
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Individual who is fully capable in Brand Managing and Positioning of premium automobiles handled by the Organization.
The role demands a lot of responsibility and a willingness to put in extra hours in order to separate the Company brand from the competition, both outside the organization and from within it.
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF;
Developing annual business plans and processing same effectively in order to enhance Brand image to reach the aspired Organizational goals.
Preparing effective sales presentations and promotions with the understanding of the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Organizing effective product launches.
Strong research and analytical skills to gather and maintain information accurately for forecasting and identifying; new opportunities to capture incremental sales and to maximize existing sales, profitability and future challenges.
Experience and capability marketing in the digital world, i.e., social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line – marketing to both understand the space and drive effective brand decisions.
In-depth understanding of the company’s current product and future concepts.
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED;
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing. Possesses expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (marketing analytics, advertising, market research, consumer behavior) culled from hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field.
EXPERIENCE;
3 years of similar experience in automobiles or in FMCG.
