Branch Manager – (Operations & Marketing) 
We are looking for a candidate who can manage the entire operations of our Colombo office.
Duties
•    Commencement of Branch Operations in Sri Lanka.
•    Infrastructure needed for office – furniture & fittings, phones, internet connectivity, etc.
•    Liaising with Company Secretary, Legal Officer, Auditor & Others.
•    Sri Lanka Customs formalities.
•    TRCSL formalities.
•    Labour Department formalities.
•    Bank Account formalities.
•    Affiliations with relevant trade associations or chambers.
•    Recruiting & Retaining.
•    Appointment letters.
•    Employee records, leave, attendance, etc.
•    Office Administration work – day to day activities.
•    Office rent, Electricity, Water, phone bills, etc.
•    Building Rapport and Maintaining Relationship with Bank officials.
•    Building Rapport and Maintaining Relationship with all the vendors.
•    Market Promotions – in phases.
•    Identifying key sectors and promote strategically.
•    E-flyer promotions.
•    SMS marketing to selected clients.
•    PR articles in Newspapers.
•    Sales Funnel management & reporting.

 

Required expertise, skills and experience:
•    15 years of experience in FMCG and retail domain.
•    Hands – on operational experience at the highest level, with a proven track record in      process, systems and operational management.
•    Age between 35-40 years.
•    Candidates should have common sense and initiative.
•    Excellent PR Skills and managerial experience and excellent command of the people.
•    Self-motivated and results oriented.
•    Business Chamber Relationship – like with National Chamber of Commerce (NCCSL)
•    Handling agreements
•    Marketing and Sales
•    Operational activities
•    Island-wide expansion – dealer network
•    Presentation Skills
•    Exception skills in writing business proposal, letters, etc.
•    Skills in Microsoft Office packages especially Advance Excel
•    Colombo suburb preferred.
