Job Role
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you should
- Manage respective branches to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining high level of customer service standards
- Analyze and monitor the market and carry out promotional activities
- Follow up on RMV Procedures and vehicle delivery process
- Liaise with Banks/ Leasing Companies in the relevant areas
- Supervise & Motivate the sales staff for effective performance
- Provide management information reports on a regular basis
- Attend to after sales service requirements
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive industry & 2 years in a similar position.
- Full/ Part qualification in Marketing obtained from a recognized institute (SLIM/CIM)
- Fluent Spoken English knowledge.
- a valid driving license
- Good PR Skills and Managerial Skills
