SALARY – NEGOTIABLE

One of our prestigious Clients’ who is into Travel & Tour is looking for Air Ticketing Reservations Executives to work in their Colombo office immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaising with customers.
• Liaising with IATA agents.
• Quoting and issuing of Air tickets.
• Preparation and maintenance of detailed ticketing and sales logs.

WORKING HOURS

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Week days (Standard)
• Should be reachable 24 hours.
• Saturday and overtime as necessary according to workload.

PREREQUISITES

• Diploma in Air ticketing reservations.
• Sufficient experience in corresponding with IATA agents and issuing tickets. (Preferred 1-2 years)
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Competency in using Microsoft office.
• Competency in Abacus, Amadeus or Galileo ticketing platforms.
